1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Purchase and Sale Rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are a binding legal document defining the rights and obligations of the Buyer (hereinafter the Buyer) and the Seller (hereinafter the Seller), the conditions of purchasing and paying for the goods, delivery and returns, and all other aspects related to the purchase and sale of goods in the nanosluostes.lt e-shop.

The Seller reserves the right to make changes or edits to these Rules at any time.

All disputes shall be settled through negotiations. In case of failure to reach a mutual agreement, issues shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

2. PURCHASE OF GOODS IN THE ELECTRONIC STORE

2.1. Select items, add them to the basket and click “Buy Now”.

2.4. Choose the delivery and payment method you prefer

2.5. Check that the order and contact information is correct and confirm the order.

3. PRICES OF GOODS, TERMS AND METHODS OF PAYMENT

3.1. The prices of the goods are indicated in euros.

3.2. nanosluostes.lt e-shop has the right to change the prices of products sold in the e-shop without notice.

3.3. The following payment methods are available:

3.3.1. Payment using the paysera.com system and payment methods provided by the latter.

4. RETURNS

4.1. In order to return the goods purchased on the nanosluostes.lt e-shop, the following conditions apply:

4.1.1.Good quality and unused goods can be returned within 7 working days from the date of delivery. It is necessary to inform us by e-mail. email info@nanosluostes.lt (indicate the order number, return reasons, and the list of goods to be returned).

4.1.2. When the reason for returning the product is the poor quality (eg faulty item) or you have received a product other than the one you ordered, we undertake the responsibility to replace the product with a suitable same product at our own expense.

4.1.3. Goods of faulty quality are replaced or returned in accordance with the “Return and Exchange Rules” approved in 2001, June 29 by the Order of the Minister of Economy No. 217.;

4.1.4. Goods of excellent quality shall be returned in accordance with the 2001 Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania, passed on August 17 by order no. 258 and approved in accordance with the procedure established by the Rules for the Sale of Goods and the Provision of Services. In this case, the cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer.

4.2. The following conditions must be met when returning the goods:

4.2.1. The returned product must be in the original, neat packaging.

4.2.2. The product must not be damaged by the Buyer.

4.2.3. The product must not have lost its commercial appearance (undamaged label, peel-off protective film, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the event of the return of a faulty item).

4.2.4. The returned product must be in the same commercial appearance as received by the Buyer.

5. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1. We guarantee:

5.1.1. security of personal data (name, last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) provided by the Buyer in the nanosluostes.lt e-shop.

5.1.2. Personal information will be used only for the purchase and sale of goods.

5.1.3. Personal information will not be passed on to third parties without the consent of the Buyer.

5.1.4. The personal information provided by the Buyer will be used only for the execution of the purchase and sales transaction, except for the cases regulated by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

6. PURCHASE-SALE AGREEMENT

6.1. The Buyer, in order to purchase the goods sold in the nanosluostes.lt e-shop, must read the purchase terms and conditions;

6.2. In the Payment Details section, confirm to have read the terms and conditions.

7. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER

7.1. The buyer has the right to buy goods on nanosluostes.lt e-shop and must comply with these purchase and sale rules.

7.2. The buyer has the right to refuse the goods purchased on the nanosluostes.lt e-shop (see Chapter 4).

7.3. The buyer has the responsibility not to divulge personal login details to third parties. If the Buyer loses the login data, he must immediately inform the nanosluostes.lt e-shop administration by e-mailing info@nanosluostes.lt.

7.4. If the data provided in the registration form by the Buyer changes, the Buyer must update details immediately.

7.5. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods on delivery without a good reason, the Buyer must cover the costs of the delivery.

7.6. By using the nanosluostes.lt electronic store, the Buyer agrees with these purchase and sale rules and has the responsibility to comply with them.

8. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER

8.1. If the Buyer knowingly damages or attempts to damage the operation of the e-shop and / or violates the Buyer’s obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without notice restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the nanosluostes.lt e-shop, in exceptional cases cancel the Buyer’s registration.

8.2. In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the Seller (force majeure) and other important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently terminate the operation of the online store without notifying the Buyer in advance.

8.3. The Seller has the responsibility to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the e-shop.

8.4. The Seller has the responsibility to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer under the conditions specified in these rules.

8.5. The Seller, in the event of being unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer due to important circumstances, has to offer a similar or as similar a product as possible. If the Buyer refuses to accept a similar product offered by the seller, the Seller has the responsibility to return the money paid by the Buyer within 3 (three) business days, if the payment has been made in advance.

9. RESPONSIBILITY

9.1. The buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the consequences that may occur.

9.2. The Buyer is responsible for the security of the login data and, in case of the data transfer to third parties, the subsequent actions of third parties using the transferred data, becomes the responsibility of the Buyer.

9.3. The buyer is responsible for actions performed using the e-shop.

9.4. If the Seller’s e-shop contains links to the websites of other companies, institutions, organizations or third-party people, the Seller is not responsible for the information or activities performed there, does not maintain, control and does not represent those companies or third-party people. In the event of any damage, the guilty party compensates the other party for the direct damage.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS

The Seller reserves the right to change or make edits to these Rules at any time.
