1.\u00a0<\/span>General provisions<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are a legal, binding document that establishes the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both parties the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing goods in the e-store.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.2. The seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement these rules at any time in accordance with the requirements established by law. If any changes take place, the buyer is informed on the e-store\u2019s website. When making a purchase, the Buyer is protected by the Rules in force at the time of purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.3. The right to buy has:<\/span><\/p>\n

– able-bodied natural persons, i.e. persons who have reached the age of maturity and whose capacity to act is not restricted by court order;<\/span><\/p>\n

– minors between the ages of 14 and 18 with the consent of their parents or guardians, unless they are self-employed;<\/span><\/p>\n

– legal entities;<\/span><\/p>\n

– authorized representatives of all the above.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.4. By approving the rules, the seller guarantees that in accordance with the 1.3 clause, the Buyer has the right to purchase the goods on the e-store.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.5. The Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed concluded from the moment the basket has been filled, the delivery address has been confirmed, the payment method has been chosen, the Buyer has seen Seller’s rules, and clicked “Confirm Order” button.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.6. Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored on the e-store database.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.\u00a0<\/span>What personal data is collected?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

– information provided by you: the place of residence (address), name, last name, telephone number, e-mail address;<\/span><\/p>\n

– website usage information (IP addresses, visit statistics, demographics, and other data used for analytics).<\/span><\/p>\n

3. How do we use your personal data?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Personal data is used for the following purposes:<\/span><\/p>\n

– for your registration on the website to use our online shopping services;<\/span><\/p>\n

– to pay for the shopping cart through the selected external banking service provider;<\/span><\/p>\n

– to send newsletters. When entering your email, you can subscribe to our newsletter, which will let you know about our offers and news.<\/span><\/p>\n

The information shall be disclosed to third parties only in the following cases:<\/span><\/p>\n
